“We need thousands of more couples serving in the missions of the Church. Every mission president pleads for them. They…can leave the grandchildren. Those little darlings will be just fine, and I promise you will do things for them in the service of the Lord that, worlds without end, you could never do if you stayed home to hover over them. What greater gift could grandparents give their posterity than to say by deed as well as word, “In this family we serve missions!”

P-DAY IN PEJE 

THIS IS A SMALL CITY ON THE FAR WESTERN PART OF KOSOVO..NEXT TO MONTENEGRO.   WE ENJOYED THE BEAUTIFUL RUGOVA GORGE IN THE MOUNTAINS..

ALWAYS GOOD TO GET OUT IN NATURE....SUCH AGOOD TIME.....iT IS 1-11/2 HOUR DRIVE FROM PRISTINA.

PRETTY COOL DRIVING THRU THE MOUNTAINS !





OUR NEW FRIEND.  HE WAS SITTING IN HIS CHAIR ENJOYING THE SCENERY..WHEN WE STOPPED..OF COURSE, THE ELDERS SPOKE ALBANIAN TO HIM...HE WAS SO THRILLED TO MEET US...HE OPENED HIS TRUNK AND SHOWED US THIS CHAIR HE HAD THERE...SO PROUD OF IT AND SO  HAPPY TO BE TALKING TO AMERICANS.







WE HAD GREAT DAY IN PEJE  !!!
