“We need thousands of more couples serving in the missions of the Church. Every mission president pleads for them. They…can leave the grandchildren. Those little darlings will be just fine, and I promise you will do things for them in the service of the Lord that, worlds without end, you could never do if you stayed home to hover over them. What greater gift could grandparents give their posterity than to say by deed as well as word, “In this family we serve missions!”

Meat

Meat

This is from our largest Grocery store around, a little south of the main part of Pristine. We drove.
This is the meat department...you just stick your hand in and grab what you want!! Turkey neck..turkey drumstick, or fish ??? Maybe chicken..grab a piece and put it in your bag!
Or you can ask for what ever is behind the counter...your guess ??? Your choice !!!
This is the meat department in our little Albi Market right across the road/alley.  Not sure what it is, not sure we'll try it !!
Mishtore   (mish/meat)              This is the Butcher shop, the next little cobblestone street over from ours.  We decided to do BBQ (sloppy jo)  for our branch on Sunday because some travel far. So after our 2 hr. block we have a little lunch. Someone told me they weren't sure what is in the hamburger....so have them grind what you want.  So we went into the Mishtore..pointed to a hunk of beef that looked lean and good..and asked him to grind it twice  for hamburger. It took a lot of pointing but he did it. So while he was grinding, I was looking around and there in the window right next to me was a skinned sheep!!! Head and all.. eye balls poking out next to the floor kind of dripping. I came back later to take this picture..and sure enough, someone had purchased it before me and was probably cooking it. Oh wells......
