The missionary car. SUV with 4-wheel drive for the winter. Not a lot of places to park, and people park where and how they want to, mostly on the side walks...the streets are VERY narrow. You'll notice a small problem with trash everywhere. With communism, the Government did everything and when they pulled out...no one knew how/or took responsibility to do anything....We have to walk a ways to dumpsters by the Park.
