Those little darlings will be just fine, and I promise you will do things for them in the service of the Lord that, worlds without end, you could never do if you stayed home to hover over them. What greater gift could grandparents give their posterity than to say by deed as well as word, “In this family we serve missions!”

Mosques and construction.

MONEY IN KOSOVO

Kosovo uses the Euro  which is all of what Europe uses..It is a step up from the Lek in Albania.       

  
..$2  E (dollar), a $1 E (dollar)  $.50 cents,   .20 cents, 10 cents, 5 cents and 2 cents, 1 cent...pretty tiny...  Every time we pay for something  and it comes to something and 4 cents or any cents   we scramble to get the right change and they say 'its all right"  they don't want the pennies...no one wants them !!!

                                                                       
                            Hey  we  got two pennies with our change today....no wonder they don't want them..they are so so small.......In the line in front of us was a man that turned around and said.."Americans?"  and then said  "God bless Americans ...We love them....  we love you "  he was so full of excitement and energy..everyone was laughing !!  we told him  "we love Kosovoans !!!!"

This is the program from our branch last week..the Elders do a great job!!!  They do everything !!!

          Very close to us..( a new discovery). Amazing what we find around these tall buildings !!
This must be the one we hear the most..with its speakers on the tower!!!! Just  the next block over.

   Greek Orthodox church (Christian) in center of Pristine. Never finished..  and cannot be used with out permission of the Serbian Government !!


It just disappeared !!

               It was right here on the end of Mother Teresa Blvd....guess they are building a new plaza.
 This is on our street..they are starting a new apartment complex. 

When the big trucks come to haul the dirt out it closes off our road completely, but..nothing stops the walkers !!!!!

           Seems they are doing construction EVERYWHERE !!  Wondering who is paying for it, NATO ?? 

Mother( Nene) Teresa Church

At the top of Mother Teresa Blvd...it is just being built..they project finish date 2015.  On the inside, they hoist brick up in a 5 gallon bucket a few at a time.
