These Mosques are seen all over Pristine and probably all over Kosovo..the tower next to them has speakers on it and calls them (Salat) to prayers 5 times a day !! The Elders assure us that NOBODY goes to church or is a practicing Muslim . But they use it for an excuse....
They just started Ramadan. They fast from 1st light til sundown for 1 month. They are remodeling some of the mosques. One place in the center of the city there are 3 huge ones right together.
Up and down the main streets of the center of Pristine are so, so many dress shops and shoe shops. It is amazing !!!!!! Both sides of the street !!
